Low back pain is a symptom that affects both the young adults and the middle aged of both genders. It is experienced by persons who work while sitting on a chair for a long time without exercise and by those who carry heavy loads.

The pain felt is felt in lumbar and sacral regions and may radiate to nearby parts.
